Russia releases evidence of US support for IS, Washington has no way to deny
The Russian Ministry of Defense recently released evidence accusing the US of supporting IS militants to flee the city of Albu Kamal last weekend.
According to Sputnik news agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense today (November 14) released evidence accusing the US coalition of directly supporting IS rebels in the campaign to liberate the city of Albu Kamal by the Syrian and Russian armies.
Specifically, the Russian Defense Ministry released photos taken by drones on November 9 showing IS fighters fleeing from Albu Kamal. After that, Russia requested the US coalition to conduct airstrikes on the IS convoy moving on the east bank of the Euphrates River. However, according to a statement from the Russian Army, this request was rejected.

“The Russian military command twice requested the US coalition to bomb the IS convoy on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River. However, the US coalition flatly refused,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the reason the US coalition took such action was apparently because Syrian forces in Albu Kamal had foiled US plans to create an area under the control of pro-Washington forces east of the Euphrates River, instead of the Damascus government.
