Russia demands Ukraine arrest all terrorist attackers in Moscow
(Baonghean.vn) - The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow demanded that Kiev arrest and extradite all those involved in the terrorist attack in Russia, including the head of the Security, Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agency of Ukraine (SBU).

According to RIA Novosti on March 31, the Russian Foreign Ministry said: "The Foreign Ministry has submitted to the Ukrainian authorities requests within the framework of the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings (ICBTB) and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism (ICFT), for the immediate arrest and extradition of all those involved."
The Russian Foreign Ministry noted that the terrorist attack in the Crocus City complex was not the first attack by the Kiev authorities on Russia. According to the Ministry, other crimes committed by Ukraine claimed the lives of journalists Daria Dugina and Maxim Fomin, in the assassination of which 42 people were injured. As a result of an explosion in the car of writer Zakhar Prilepin, his driver died.
In addition, five other victims died from the explosion on the Crimea bridge in October 2022.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that from all of the above, Moscow demanded that Kiev arrest the head of the SBU Vasily Malyuk - who admitted that Kiev was behind the organization of all these terrorist acts in Russia.
“Investigative activities conducted by the competent Russian authorities show that traces of all these crimes are linked to Ukraine,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
The ministry demanded that the Kiev government immediately stop all support for terrorist activities, hand over the perpetrators and compensate the victims. "And the former Soviet republic's violation of its obligations under the above-mentioned conventions will be subject to international legal responsibility," the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed./.
