A pomelo shaped like a map of Vietnam, including the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos, created by farmer Vo Trung Thanh from Hau Giang province, is currently on display in Hanoi and attracting many viewers.
From April 1st, 2010, the Vietnam Techmart 2015 International Technology and Equipment Fair took place at the Hanoi Friendship Cultural Palace (91 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem).

| Attracting much attention at the fair was a pomelo shaped like a map of Vietnam, including the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos, created by Mr. Vo Trung Thanh from Hau Giang province. |
With the slogan "Businesses and Farmers – Innovation and Integration," the fair attracted more than 600 booths from many provinces and cities across the country.
Mr. Thanh said that it takes 4-6 months to shape the pomelo fruit.

| Besides the pomelo shaped like the map of Vietnam, Mr. Thanh also brought a pomelo shaped like the Chinese character for "wealth." He is known as the first person to create gourd-shaped pomelos in Vietnam. |

Mr. Nguyen Huu Trong's (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi) super fuel-efficient motorbike. With just 1 liter of gasoline, the engine he produced can travel 85-95km, saving 40% compared to a regular motorbike.

| The cassava peeling machine invented by Mr. Ha Kim Toi (Phu Tho) has a capacity of 1 ton per hour. |

| Mr. Pham Hoang Thang's (Can Tho) seed planter helps to sow rice in straight rows, reducing the amount of seeds used by 10-15kg per 1000m2 of land. |
Mr. Phan Trung Dat (Dong Thap province) modified an old Honda motorcycle engine by adding tilling teeth to loosen the composted straw. The machine, operating for one hour, can do the same as a month of manual labor.
Notably, the Vietnam International Technology and Equipment Fair Techmart 2015 also featured robots invented in Vietnam.
