Singer Long Nhat once shared that when he was alive, his mother always wanted her son to return to live in the place where he was born and raised. Although his mother has passed away, the male singer is still determined to fulfill his mother's wish, as a way to repay his gratitude for giving birth and raising him. That is the reason why he spared no expense to build a new villa behind the big house left by his parents.
"The 21 billion villa is what I inherited from my parents. When I mention the villa, I am touched by my parents' kindness. I must say that I am an artist, I live without calculation, I am always devoted to my family. When I make money, even a lot of money, I pay off my parents' debt, worry about college tuition for my 3 younger sisters, and 1 younger sister of my uncle. I worry about everything, including getting my grandchildren married.
When I had no money left, my parents were worried. They were worried that I would be lonely, sick, poor, and have no place to depend on when I got old, like some famous artists in the past. That's why they decided to let me inherit the villa," Long Nhat said.
Although not a very famous name in Vietnamese showbiz, thanks to the loyal fans of the lyrical music genre that Long Nhat pursues, after more than 30 years of singing, the male singer still has many shows. Currently, the male singer owns many real estates, houses, villas and several cars.

"During the years 1992-2000, when I was famous and had a series of songs "May nhip cau tre", "Toc em doi ga"..., there was a time when my salary was from 10-20 million VND/show. That amount of money was very large at that time", Long Nhat shared.
Before the news, there was a time when Long Nhat's salary was sky-high, he said: "During the years 1992-2000, when I was famous and had in hand a series of songs "May nhip cau tre", "Toc em doi ga"..., there was a time when the salary was from 10-20 million VND/show. That amount of money was very large.
But that is still not the highest salary. In 2015, I sang for a tycoon's wedding in Bac Kan and received a salary of... 300 million VND. Similarly, in 2018, I sang for a tycoon's wedding in Ninh Binh and received a total salary for the crew of 500 million VND.
But making money is one thing, keeping it is another. I am a person who doesn't know how to keep money. Luckily I have a family to support me, otherwise I would have been left with nothing..."
