State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An branch, donated 200 million VND to families affected by storms and floods.
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 22, the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An Branch, led by Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Thu - Deputy Director of the Branch, visited Cua Lo Town, Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Yen Thanh and Hoang Mai to visit and give gifts to support the families of the victims who died in storm No. 10 and floods last October.
The total number of gifts supported in this second phase is 13 gifts equivalent to 200 million VND, of which the family with a deceased person will receive 20 million VND, the family with a collapsed or swept away house will receive 10 million VND and each injured person will receive 5 million VND.

The delegation visited and directly presented gifts to families with deceased and injured people in Nghi Hai and Nghi Hoa wards (Cua Lo town); Nghi Yen, Nghi Thiet and Nghi Dien (Nghi Loc district); Dien Bich, Dien Hai, Dien Phu communes and Dien Chau town (Dien Chau district); presented gifts to 3 families with deceased people in Lang Thanh, Ly Thanh and Dai Thanh (Yen Thanh district) and Quynh Vinh commune (Hoang Mai town).
On behalf of the delegation, Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Thu kindly sent her regards and encouragement to the families. Directly handing over the support money to the families, the delegation representative wished that the people would overcome the pain and hardship, soon stabilize and rise up in life.

It is known that in addition to giving gifts directly, the remaining cases in the province will be authorized by the State Bank for local banks to visit and support. This amount is part of the total amount of 1 billion VND that the banking sector has mobilized cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to contribute from their salaries to support Nghe An province, to help people overcome difficulties and disasters during storm No. 10 and floods in mid-October./.
