Total State budget revenue since the beginning of the year is estimated to have only reached VND884,800 billion while total expenditure is estimated to have reached VND1,064,500 billion.

According to the General Statistics Office, total State Budget revenue from the beginning of 2015 to December 15 is estimated at VND884,800 billion, equal to 97.1% of the year's estimate, of which domestic revenue reached VND657,000 billion, equal to 102.9%; revenue from crude oil VND62,400 billion, equal to 67.1%; budget balance revenue from import-export activities VND160,000 billion, equal to 91.4%.

In domestic revenue, many revenue items achieved quite well and exceeded the annual estimate: Environmental protection tax revenue reached 24,100 billion VND, equal to 186.1% of the annual estimate; land use fee revenue reached 54,200 billion VND, equal to 139.1%; registration fee revenue reached 21,000 billion VND, equal to 135.9%; personal income tax reached 53,200 billion VND, equal to 103.7%; non-state industrial, commercial and service tax revenue reached 119,700 billion VND, equal to 100.1%.

Revenue from foreign-invested enterprises (excluding crude oil) alone reached VND128,000 billion, equal to 89.8% of the year's estimate; revenue from the state-owned enterprise sector was VND204,200 billion, equal to 92.5%.
