In the trend of increasingly popular cashless payments, payment by bank transfer and intermediary organizations is also being strongly deployed and applied by Nghe An Electricity. Currently, the company is providing cashless payment services to nearly 222 thousand customers, accounting for nearly 23.84%.
Nghe An Electricity Company currently manages 979,021 customers, of which 874,219 are household customers (accounting for 89.3%) and 104,802 are non-household customers (accounting for 10.7%).
By the end of November, commercial electricity output reached more than 3,160 million kWh, up 10.4% over the same period last year and reaching 90.9% of the annual plan assigned by the Corporation.
Cumulative electricity revenue in 11 months was over VND 5,700 billion, up 18.6% over the same period in 2018 and reaching 91.7% of the assigned plan.
Along with improving production and business efficiency, the company also pays great attention to social security in the province such as: supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; building houses of gratitude; upgrading and renovating power lines in villages and hamlets; installing power lines for disadvantaged families...
