Meeting human resource needs so that Nghe An tourism can accelerate

In the Action Program No. 812/KH-UBND dated October 30, 2023 on implementing the Nghe An Tourism Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2035, Nghe An determined the target of the total number of workers in the tourism industry by 2025 to be about 12,430 people; by 2030 about 20,000-22,000 people; by 2035 about 22,000-25,000 people. The problem is, to achieve the goal, what must Nghe An do, while currently the quantity and quality of human resources in the tourism industry are limited and inadequate.
