Nghe An education sector supports and encourages teachers and students in remote areas to review for high school graduation exams

On May 30, a working delegation of the Department of Education and Training led by Mr. Dang Van Hai - Chairman of the Education Trade Union inspected and encouraged educational institutions in implementing the emulation movement "90 days of determination to achieve high results in the 2024 High School Graduation Exam" at Muong Qua High School, Con Cuong High School, Tuong Duong 1 High School and Tuong Duong 2 High School.

These are all schools located in mountainous areas with many difficulties in Nghe An province. In recent times, to prepare for the High School Graduation Exam and implement the emulation movement "90 days of determination to achieve high results in the 2024 High School Graduation Exam" launched by the education sector, schools have implemented many meaningful and practical activities.

Thereby, the review work has been promoted with the aim of improving mass quality, ensuring basic knowledge, suitable for students' abilities, meeting the requirements on form and content of the 2024 high school graduation exam.

In particular, to fulfill the commitment to ensure educational quality, schools have organized hundreds of free teaching sessions for poor students, students in difficult circumstances, and students at risk of failing the graduation exam.

In addition, we will increase training and tutoring for capable students to help them gain enough knowledge and confidence to take the graduation exam and university entrance exam.

In addition to local schools, currently some units are implementing the program "Rooms help rooms, Schools help schools", many teachers in lowland schools have also had many solutions to accompany disadvantaged schools in their expertise.

At Muong Qua High School alone, there are currently 7 teachers from Nguyen Xuan On High School (Dien Chau) who have directly come to support students by supplementing their knowledge to help them gain more skills to review and do their homework effectively.

Visiting and encouraging teachers of schools, leaders of the Education Trade Union recognized and highly appreciated the efforts of the teachers of the schools.

Special appreciation to the teachers who did not mind the difficulties of roads, weather and accommodation conditions to stay at school to review with students during the summer.

Through the meaningful work of teachers and schools, the Chairman of the Education Trade Union believes that with the determination of the Department and the Trade Union, with the participation, efforts and care of teachers, with the efforts of students, schools will have a successful exam season, successfully completing the assigned tasks of the school year.

On this occasion, the education sector also presented each school with 500 boxes of milk for students who are studying for exams, and gifts to some teachers who are providing free tutoring for students at the schools. In addition, the delegation also presented Tuong Duong High School with a communal kitchen worth 10 million VND.
