Nghe An Education Department gives gifts and encourages teachers and 12th grade students to review for graduation exams

This is a meaningful activity that has been maintained by the Nghe An Education sector for many years to promptly encourage and motivate teachers and students during the final exam review period, preparing for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Afternoon of June 11,Department of Education and Trainingtogether with the Education Trade Union visited, gave gifts, and encouraged teachers and 12th grade students who were studying for the high school graduation exam in 3 districts of Dien Chau, Quynh Luu and Hoang Mai town.

Accordingly, the delegation visited the following schools: Nguyen Xuan On High School (Dien Chau), Quynh Luu 1 High School (Quynh Luu district) and Hoang Mai High School (Hoang Mai town).

These are schools with the highest number of candidates taking the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in the province, with nearly 700 students each. In recent days, implementing the emulation movement "90 days and nights determined to achieve high results in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam", all schools have developed plans and implemented many practical activities to accompany students.

The schools have assigned a team of experienced and specialized teachers to participate in the review work for grade 12 students for each class and each subject. The schools have also signed a commitment to ensure the quality of each subject teacher, linking the assessment and classification of student conduct with the results of the implementation of the commitment to ensure quality.

During the implementation process, all teachers in schools volunteered to teach extra classes for free, increase the number of hours and sessions to tutor and improve students. Many schools organized mock exams to accurately assess students' abilities and have appropriate review plans.

Visiting and giving gifts to encourage teachers and students of high schools, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training, on behalf of the delegation, acknowledged the efforts of the schools. At the same time, he shared the difficulties of the schools when this was the first exam to be implemented according to theGeneral education program 2018, exam preparation takes place in hot weather conditions and the implementation of Circular 29 regulating extra teaching and learning affects the teaching and review plans of many schools.

However, with the emulation tradition of "good teaching - good learning", with the goal of maintaining the position of Nghe An Education in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, representatives of the provincial Education sector believe that schools will overcome difficulties, strive to achieve the highest results for students and schools.

Also on this occasion, Nghe An Education Department supported hundreds of cartons of milk and more than 100 million VND to Nguyen Xuan On High School, Quynh Luu 1 High School, Hoang Mai Town High School and many other schools in the province.

In addition, the industry also awarded 100 gifts to encourage 12th grade students with difficult circumstances to strive to study well, each gift worth 500,000 VND.

The emulation movement "90 days and nights determined to achieve high results in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam" has been deployed by the Nghe An Education sector from mid-March 2025 until the end of the exam.

During the implementation process, Nghe An set a target of 100% of units building new models and good practices suitable to actual conditions. 100% of units encouraged and motivated staff, teachers and workers to perform their professional tasks well and achieve the highest results in the 2025 high school graduation exam.

According to the Department of Education and Training, up to now, 91 high schools across the province have organized free tutoring (accounting for 100%) with 38,365 12th grade students participating.
