High on drugs…set fire to the market
On the way home from a night out at midnight, one of the three subjects (brothers), high on drugs, lit a fire at a market stall, causing public outrage.
Recently, in Ward 1, Nga Nam Town (Soc Trang), two consecutive "mysterious" fires occurred, with unknown causes, causing public outrage. In this situation, the Board of Directors of Soc Trang Provincial Police Department directed Nga Nam Town Police to coordinate with professional departments to investigate and clarify the fires.
Through professional measures, the police identified the person who caused the two fires on the nights of June 5 and 6 as Tran Hoang Kha Em (21 years old, residing in Ward 1, Nga Nam town).

Accordingly, at 0:00 on June 5, when returning from a trip, Kha Em, his older brother Tran Hoang Kha (23 years old) and younger brother Tran Van Truong (17 years old), went to the vegetable stall of Ms. Tran Thi Bich at Ward 1 market.
Here, Kha Em took a clay lighter and a rubber sheet used to cover the stall, causing a fire. When they saw the fire, the subjects ran home. Similarly, the next night (June 6), after the three subjects returned from playing, Kha Em continued to cause a fire at the children's toy stall of Ms. Le Thi Lien in Ward 1 market.
During the process of working with the subjects, Kha Em admitted all of his actions, the reason being that the subject was "high on drugs", lost control, leading to illegal behavior.
It is known that Tran Hoang Kha and Tran Hoang Kha Em are both drug addicts; and Tran Van Truong tested positive for drugs.
Nga Nam Town Police have just decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and temporarily detain Kha Em for the act of "Property destruction" and continue to expand the investigation, clarify other fires that occurred in the area.
It can be seen that the cause of the above incident is due to the subjects using crystal meth, not being able to control themselves, having behaviors that are dangerous to society, affecting the lives of small traders.
The use of crystal meth not only causes dangerous consequences for the user himself but also negatively affects the peaceful lives of the people.
