Heavy rain from the night of September 22nd and the morning of September 23rd caused flooding in many areas of Ben Thuy ward, Vinh City, Nghe An province.
The prolonged heavy rain, coupled with high tides on the night of September 22nd and the morning of September 23rd, caused flooding in many areas of Blocks 7, 10, 13, and 15 in Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province. Ward and block officials assisted several households in deeply flooded areas near the Tecco Ben Thuy apartment complex in relocating people and property.
