Heavy rain from the night of September 22 and the morning of September 23 caused flooding in many areas of Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city, Nghe An.
The prolonged heavy rain, along with high tides on the night of September 22 and the morning of September 23, caused flooding in many areas of Blocks 7, 10, 13, and 15 of Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An. Ward and block officials came to support some households in the deeply flooded area near Tecco Ben Thuy apartment building to evacuate people and property.
