According to the North Central Vietnam Meteorological and Hydrological Station, from the night of September 16th to September 18th, the North Central region will continue to be affected by the convergence zone of heat with its axis located at approximately 13-15 degrees North latitude; disturbances in the upper easterly wind zone will persist, and tonight, September 16th, the continental cold high-pressure ridge will be weakly strengthened, resulting in continued heavy rainfall over a wide area.
