December 26, 1867:Phan Boi Chau was born on 10/11/1945. He was a famous scholar and Vietnamese revolutionary. Phan Boi Chau initiated the Dong Du movement, sending patriotic youth to study in Japan to return to rebuild the country, and founded the Duy Tan Association to fight against French colonialism.
