First day at national high school exam sites in 2018

To support the smooth running of the exam and achieve high results, the Tan Ky District Youth Union has established volunteer teams to support the exam season, transport and guide candidates to exam locations, provide free drinking water for candidates and their parents; coordinate with the traffic police force to guide and direct traffic to ensure traffic safety at the exam locations.

Previously, on June 24, candidates were present at the examination councils to listen to the dissemination of examination regulations, examination schedule, complete examination procedures and correct information errors (if any). Volunteer teams, food safety teams and security teams in Quy Hop were fully deployed to create the best conditions for candidates to successfully participate in the exam.

Phan Giang - Trung Hieu

*From early morning, 1,173 candidates registered to take the exam at 3 exam locations inThai Hoa townincluding Thai Hoa High School, Tay Hieu High School and Dong Hieu High School, all attended the 2018 National High School Exam. Of these, 660 students wished to enter college and university.

At the examination sites, there are enough rooms, tables and chairs with lighting, cooling fan systems, and backup generators to serve the examination and invigilation. Security forces are also arranged inside and outside the examination area, ensuring conditions for the examination to take place safely and seriously.

At the exam locations, the schools have also prepared full facilities according to regulations. All exam rooms are equipped with fans, tables, chairs, lighting, airy and clean premises, creating the most favorable conditions for the 258 exam supervisors.

Yen Thanh district also mobilized 65 police officers, district military officers and communes to set up exam locations to protect the exam papers, inner and outer rings.

Anh Tuan - Phan Hien

In order for the exam to take place safely and in accordance with regulations, the exam site has the coordination of the district police force, security team and district medical staff to ensure conditions of security and order, health care as well as facilities, to best serve the exam.

According to a quick report from the exam site at 1/5 High School, on the first day of the exam, 10 students skipped the exam and no candidates were given a ticket.

Ha Thao

* During 4 days 24-27/6, the Standing CommitteeQuynh Luu District Youth Uniondirected the youth union bases in the district to establish youth volunteer teams with nearly 400 union members and young people to participate in supporting the exam season at 5 exam locations including Quynh Luu I High School, Quynh Luu II High School, Quynh Luu III High School, Quynh Luu IV High School and Nguyen Duc Mau High School.

At the examination sites in the district, volunteer teams helped and advised candidates, guided the examination room locations, organized free parking, free drinking water, provided fans for candidates and their families, and guided to suitable places to eat and rest in the area. In addition, the volunteer teams coordinated with functional forces to regulate traffic.

In particular, to prepare well for this year's national high school exam, the District Youth Union Standing Committee has proactively connected and coordinated with businesses, philanthropists and Yen Thai Pagoda to support and donate free drinking water and meals to youth volunteer teams, candidates and candidates' families.
