On May 15, 2020, the Traffic Police of Nghe An Province organized 108 patrols on all routes, with 429 officers participating. Accordingly, 846 vehicles were stopped and 454 violations were detected. Of which, 26 were passenger vans, 82 were trucks, 51 were cars, and 274 were motorbikes...

Specifically, 9 cases of alcohol concentration violations, 3 drug violations, 81 speed violations; entering prohibited areas, prohibited roads, going against the direction of one-way roads 12 cases; violating regulations on stopping and parking 23; violating regulations on helmets 99; not having a driving license or driving license not issued by a competent authority, erased 86; not having vehicle registration or vehicle registration not issued by a competent authority, erased 43; 1 expired; not having or not carrying a valid Certificate of National Insurance of the motor vehicle owner 94; carrying oversized goods 3; carrying overloaded goods 2; carrying more people than the prescribed number 3; other violations 77.

Accordingly, the authorities decided to penalize 346 cases, transferring the fine of 275,575,000 VND to the State Treasury. Revoked the driving license of 14 cases, and temporarily detained 97 vehicles.

Also through patrolling and controlling, using professional measures, the Traffic Police force discovered and arrested 6 cases, 7 subjects, confiscated: 0.246 grams of pink powder, 60 batteries of unknown origin, 40 batteries of unknown origin, 6,842 bottles of cosmetics of unknown origin, and 6 wild animals.
