Great Unity Day in Tien Loc hamlet

(Baonghean.vn) – On the afternoon of November 15, Tien Loc hamlet, Hung Loc commune (Vinh city) held a ceremony to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2015) and the National Great Unity Day in the residential area.

Comrade Nguyen Van Huy, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, joined the people of Tien Loc hamlet in celebrating.

At the ceremony, Lien Duc hamlet cadres and delegates together reviewed the glorious history of 85 years of establishment and growth of the Vietnam National United Front; summarized one year of implementing the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas" of Lien Duc hamlet.

After being separated from hamlet 11, Tien Loc hamlet has made many efforts to carry out the 5 contents of the movement to build a cultural life in residential areas and achieved many positive results: Encouraging people to increase production, diversify economic types, up to now the whole hamlet has no poor households, the number of well-off households is increasing.

Comrade Nguyen Van Huy gave gifts to encourage households in difficult circumstances in the hamlet.

Over the past year, the hamlet has implemented a good cultural lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals. 125/132 families have achieved the title of cultural family, 124/132 families have achieved the title of sports family. The hamlet's education promotion work has been focused on, with many students being excellent at national and provincial competitions, scoring over 27 points in university entrance exams... The hamlet has been classified by the People's Committee of Hung Loc commune as having completed its tasks excellently.

Tien Loc Hamlet awarded 20 outstanding cultural families.

In 2016, Tien Loc hamlet is determined to do well the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas"; sustainably build new rural criteria; complete all types of fee and tax funds; continue to be a hamlet with no one having a third child.

The village organized a cultural performance on the occasion of the festival.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Huy praised and congratulated the achievements of Tien Loc hamlet and wished: Tien Loc hamlet people unite to help each other develop, improve their lives, increase income; have no social evils, build a peaceful hamlet, maintain the title of Cultural hamlet; together do a good job of environmental sanitation, build increasingly green and clean village roads and alleys.

The village organizes exchanges and volleyball competitions for men and women.

At the festival, comrade Nguyen Van Huy, on behalf of the provincial leaders, presented gifts to the Tien Loc hamlet community and three households in difficult circumstances. During this festival, Tien Loc hamlet organized an award ceremony for 20 outstanding cultural families and individuals who performed well in the movement; organized art performances and men's and women's volleyball competitions./.
