Nghe An: 1,103 administrative procedures resolved via public postal service

(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An has 1,103 administrative procedures receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedure settlement via public postal services under the jurisdiction of Departments, branches and sectors.

On the morning of June 21, the People's Committee of Nghe An province and Vietnam Post Corporation held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on providing services of receiving and returning results of administrative procedures through public postal services according to Decision No. 45/2016 of the Prime Minister.

Implementing Decision No. 45 of the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee has issued Plan No. 282 to contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of competent agencies in serving organizations and individuals participating in administrative procedures through the province's postal system. Effectively and promptly organizing the reception of dossiers and returning results of administrative procedures through public postal services ensures creating favorable conditions and saving costs for organizations and individuals when performing administrative procedures.

According to Decision No. 2341 of the Provincial People's Committee, there will be a list of 1,103 administrative procedures for receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedure settlement via public postal services under the jurisdiction of Departments, branches and sectors and 122 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns. Organize public posting of the list of administrative procedures announced at the place of receiving administrative procedure dossiers of affiliated agencies and units. Post on the electronic information page, publicly disclose the address, phone number and email address of the agency handling administrative procedures.

At the ceremony, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Provincial People's Committee and Vietnam Post Corporation; and a written agreement was signed between the Provincial Post Office and departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns.
