Nghe An: 21 contestants participate in the Excellent Team Commander Festival for the 2022 - 2023 school year

On the morning of March 23, in Vinh city,Team CouncilThe province organizes the Provincial Festival of Excellent Team Leaders, school year 2022 - 2023.
The Festival of Excellent Team Leaders is an annual activity of the Provincial Team Council to foster and improve Team working skills, create conditions for students to learn, consolidate knowledge, improve professional skills and practice Team working skills; demonstrate the mettle and ability to behave and manage of a Team Leader, create an atmosphere of competition, exchange, learning and sharing of experiences among Team Leaders in the whole province.

Participating in the Provincial Excellent Team Commander Festival for the 2022-2023 school year are 21 candidates who are excellent Team Commanders from 21 districts, cities and towns. The candidates will go through 3 competitions: "Knowledgeable Team Commander", "Talented Team Commander", "Confident Team Commander" and candidates with enough points will be awarded the title of Provincial Excellent Team Commander.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council Tran Linh affirmed that over the years, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Provincial Youth Union Council have always paid special attention to the Team Commanders through organizing programs, activities, skill training courses, and organizing competitions to create playgrounds. From this competition, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union also hopes that the contestants will be confident, brave, and develop the capacity of a good Team Commander in the competitions, strictly follow the rules, and contribute to the success of the Festival.
