These are three artifacts: A dagger with a handle shaped like a snake holding an elephant's leg (Age: 2000 - 2500 years ago, currently preserved at Nghe An Provincial Museum); A ladle with a handle shaped like an elephant (Age: 2000 - 2500 years ago, currently preserved at Nghe An Provincial Museum); A box containing Nhan Tower relics (Age: 7th - 8th century, currently preserved at Nghe An Provincial Museum).

The three artifacts mentioned above all have rare cultural and historical values. In particular, the box containing Nhan Tower relics was found during the excavation of Nhan Tower site (Hong Long commune, Nam Dan district). According to documents at Nghe An Museum, Nhan Tower was built during the Tang Dynasty, the first half of the 7th century. The excavation of Sakyamuni Buddha relics here has shown that Buddhism has existed in Nghe An quite early.

The artifacts and groups of artifacts recognized this time are very rich. In addition to the 3 artifacts in Nghe An, there are also some unique artifacts in other localities such as: Loc Hoa lithophone (Age: About 3000 years ago, currently preserved at Binh Phuoc Provincial Museum); Nhon Thanh mold set (Age: 1st - 7th century, currently preserved at Can Tho City Museum); Champa Buddha relief in the Central Highlands (Age: 6th - 7th century, currently preserved at Gia Lai Provincial Museum); Vishnu God Statue in Go Thanh (Age: 6th - 8th century, currently preserved at Tien Giang Provincial Museum); Pair of statues of the divine bird Garuda killing the snake in Thap Mam (Age: Mid-13th century, currently preserved at Binh Dinh General Museum)...

In the Decision on recognition of national treasures, the Prime Minister requested the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels where national treasures are located; Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government; heads of sectors and organizations assigned to manage recognized national treasures, within the scope of their duties and powers, to manage national treasures in accordance with the provisions of law on cultural heritage.
