Nghe An: 3 hotels had their 3-star recognition decisions revoked

(Baonghean.vn) - The General Department of Tourism has just issued a document revoking the 3-star rating of 03 hotels including: Green Nghe An Hotel, Media Hotel (Vinh City) and Kim Ngan II Hotel (Cua Lo Town).

The reason these 3 hotels had their star ratings revoked is because they failed to maintain the quality of service as well as the quality of management staff and service staff according to the recognized star rating.

It is known that in the coming time, Nghe An Department of Tourism will continue to promote the review and inspection of accommodation establishments to ensure the quality of service according to the recognized star rating, ensuring the rights of tourists when coming to Nghe An, contributing to building the image of Nghe An tourism as civilized, safe, friendly and attractive.

At the same time, the Department is determined to handle units that self-award stars or use star images to advertise hotels when the star rating has not been recognized by the state management agency for tourism./.
