Nghe An: 3 years, 723 billion VND invested in infrastructure and production support from Program 135
(Baonghean.vn) - In 3 years, from 2016 to 2018, in Nghe An province, there were 911 newly built infrastructure works and tens of thousands of livestock and poultry to support people in production, breeding, and stabilizing their lives under Program 135/CP. The total invested capital was over 723 billion VND.

According to data from the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee, in 3 years, from 2016 to 2018, Program 135 has invested in 1,075 projects in Nghe An (911 infrastructure projects and 183 maintenance projects), with a total capital of nearly 607 billion VND. Of which, the central capital is more than 562 billion VND, the combined capital is nearly 45 billion VND.
At the same time, also from the capital of the 135/CP program, the beneficiary localities received an investment of more than 116 billion VND to support production and livestock farming.

With that capital, localities provided nearly 10,000 livestock: cows, goats, pigs; nearly 4,000 poultry and supported nearly 100 hectares of corn and acacia seeds for people to boost production and livestock farming. Supported fertilizers, agricultural machines: multi-function plows, threshers, transplanters, harvesters, rattan splitting and rattan shaving machines.
