Nghe An: 40 collectives and individuals were commended for their work in improving the quality of military training.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 31, the Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 765-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission and Resolution No. 269-NQ/DU of the Military Region 4 Party Committee on improving training quality in the 2013-2020 period and the following years.
Attending the Conference were comrades: Major General Ha Tan Tien - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4; Major General Phan Van Sy - Deputy Chief of Politics of Military Region 4; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.
Also attending were the Chief of Staff, Political Department, Logistics Department, Technical Department and departments and offices of Military Region 4; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Military Commands of districts, cities and towns in the area.

Over the past 10 years, the Provincial Military Party Committee has led, directed and implemented Resolution No. 765-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission and Resolution No. 269-NQ/DU of the Party Committee.Military region4 achieved outstanding results. First of all, regarding training, the mechanism of direction, management, training operation and training program development and management has been seriously implemented.
Regarding the content of organization and training methods, the training process closely combines military training with political education, basic education with continuing education, actively applies information technology, and uses electronic textbooks in training. Pay attention to training and fostering cadres, organize training for 100% of officers and professional soldiers.
In the work of ensuring training, leadership and direction have basically met the requirements of the task.train. Over the past 10 years, there have been 904 initiatives, improvements and nearly 8,600 models of teaching aids and equipment painted, repaired and renewed to serve training. Along with that, constantly improve the overall quality, level and combat capability of the provincial armed forces, promptly and effectively handle situations that arise, maintain political security and social order and safety, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
