(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An province's Social Insurance has just issued 6 decisions to fine 6 labor-using units in the province with a total amount of over 220 million VND.

Performing the function of specialized inspection on social insurance (SI), unemployment insurance (UI), and health insurance (HI), Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance has established specialized inspection teams to conduct inspections at labor-using units showing signs of violating the law on SI, UI, and HI payments.

Through inspection work in October 2017, the Social Insurance has drawn up records of administrative violations in social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance payments for 6 employers: Nghe An Petroleum Construction Corporation, Nghe An Petroleum Construction and Mineral Corporation, Nghe An Petroleum Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Van Son Construction Joint Stock Company, Long Minh Company Limited, Traffic Design and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 4.

These units have committed violations such as late payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance; payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for insufficient number of employees as prescribed; payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance at incorrect levels as prescribed... The total fine for 6 units is more than 220 million VND.
