Mr. Nguyen Van Do, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province, said: In the first 9 months, the total mobilized capital of the whole society in Nghe An is estimated at 40,672 billion VND, equal to 70.12% of the plan, up 16.16% over the same period.
The volume of construction investment from the state budget and government bonds in the first 8 months of 2017 reached 2,220,919 billion VND, equal to 60.74% of the plan. In the first 9 months of 2017, the estimated implementation reached 72.18%, and the disbursement reached 65.21%.
