(Baonghean.vn) –The Phuc Linh Thien mushroom was discovered in the mountains of Nghe An and is owned by an official of the provincial Ethnic Committee. The precious mushroom has beendonated to the program "Warmth of the Border" to auction to support the poor.

Some traditional medicine documents confirm that Phuc Linh Thien is a rare medicinal herb, often appearing at altitudes of over 1,500m above sea level, often growing on pine trees. This mushroom is believed to be a medicinal herb with the effect of restoring the spirit, strengthening the body, inhibiting tumors and stabilizing blood pressure.

The Phuc Linh Thien mushroom was once discovered in Que Phong district (Nghe An). Because the person who found it did not want this mushroom species to be extinct, he asked to keep the information about where he found the mushroom confidential. Currently, the program "Warmth of the Border Region" organized by the Nghe An Photo Club is auctioning it to raise funds to support the poor to celebrate Tet. A source said that the mushroom was bid 13 million VND and this is not the final price.
