Nghe An issues a Plan to study, disseminate and implement the 19th Provincial Party Resolution

Purpose and requirements of the plan:Thoroughly disseminate to cadres and party members and widely propagate and popularize among all classes of people the basic content of the Resolution: Results of implementing the Resolution18th Provincial Party Congress; directions, goals, targets, tasks, and solutions on economic and social development, national defense, security, foreign affairs, Party building, and the political system for the 2020-2025 period.

Through studying and thoroughly understanding to create high consensus in the entire Party and society; solidarity, determination to successfully implement the Resolution; Linking studying,implement the Resolutionwith discussion and approval of action programs (plans) to implement the Resolution at all levels, sectors, localities and units.

For the provincial level, develop an action program, while the district level (equivalent) and grassroots level develop a plan to implement the congress resolution and the provincial action program.

Party secretaries and heads of units are responsible for organizing the study, dissemination and implementation of the Resolution to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in their localities and units.

About the content:Thoroughly grasp the contents of the Resolution, focusing on 02 topics:

Topic 1:Economic, social, defense, security and foreign affairs development in Nghe An province for the period 2020 - 2025.

Topic 2:Building a clean and strong Party and political system in Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 period.

Disseminating and implementing the Action Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee (at the provincial level) to implement the Resolution; Plan to implement the Resolution and Action Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee (at the grassroots and upper levels).

Organization plan:

Provincial level:The Provincial Party Standing Committee organized a conference to study and disseminate the Resolution to key officials at the provincial and district levels. Time: 01 day, to be implemented before December 15, 2020.

District level (equivalent):Organize learning and dissemination of the Resolution to key staff in your unit and locality. Time: 01 day, to be completed before January 10, 2021.

Grassroots level:Organize a conference to study and disseminate the Resolution to all cadres and party members of the locality and unit. Time: 01 session, to be completed before January 30, 2021.

* Note:Vinh City, the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command, Vinh University, and Vinh Technical Pedagogical University organized online bridges in their localities and units to study and disseminate the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress organized by the Provincial Party Standing Committee for key cadres throughout the province.
