Nghe An issues Plan to organize activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the birth of 'Outline on Vietnamese culture'

Pursuant to Plan No. 203-KH/BTGTW, dated December 30, 2022 of the Central Propaganda Department on organizing activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the birth of the "Outline on Vietnamese Culture" (1943 - 2023), the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued a Plan to organize activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the birth of the "Outline on Vietnamese Culture".

The implementation of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the "Outline on Vietnamese Culture" aims to continue to research, affirm, and widely propagate the historical significance, profound and lasting theoretical and practical values ​​of the "Outline on Vietnamese Culture"; summarize and evaluate the process of inheriting, applying and developing the core contents of the document.

Through the commemorative activities, it helps our entire Party, people and army, especially those working in cultural work, intellectuals and artists, continue to thoroughly, comprehensively and more synchronously grasp Ho Chi Minh's thought and the Party's guidelines, policies and viewpoints on culture and arts; especially the viewpoints of the 13th National Congress of the Party on building and promoting cultural values, the strength of the Vietnamese people and the Conclusion of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Cultural Conference on November 24, 2021.

The plan requires organizing commemorative activities in appropriate forms, ensuring solemnity, practicality, effectiveness, wide-reaching influence, and linking with cultural and artistic activities and important historical, cultural and political events of the country.

According to this Plan, Nghe An province will organize and implement the following activities:

Organizing a conference for provincial leaders to meet with intellectuals, scientists, artists; Organizing a contest to learn about Vietnamese culture and the cultural traditions of Nghe An.;Organizing the Scientific Workshop "From the Outline of Vietnamese Culture - Strategic Orientation for Cultural Development of Nghe An Province to 2030";

Develop a Resolution of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on building and developing Nghe An culture to 2030 to meet the requirements of sustainable development; Develop a Project on developing Nghe An province culture to 2030;

Organize propaganda, display, exhibition; organize composition, publication, and release of valuable literary and artistic works on the theme of praising the homeland, the country, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, Vietnamese culture and people, culture and people of Nghe An...

Training for artists and intellectuals on the contents and innovative viewpoints of the Party on culture and arts in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; Conclusion of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Cultural Conference;

Seminar on the topic "From the Outline of Vietnamese Culture to the Theory of Vietnamese Literature and Arts in the Period of Renovation and Integration"; Organizing forums and discussions on the topic "80 Years of the Outline of Vietnamese Culture" (1943 - 2023).
