Accordingly, the responsibility for state management of construction planning in Nghe An province is stipulated as follows:
The Department of Construction is responsible to the Provincial People's Committee for state management of construction planning in the province, and is subject to the direction, guidance and inspection of the Ministry of Construction in terms of expertise and profession; advises the Provincial People's Committee in obtaining consensus from the Ministry of Construction, the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies on construction planning projects that require consultation.
The Management Board of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone is responsible to the Provincial People's Committee for the management, implementation of planning, and construction investment according to approved construction planning within the boundaries and areas under its management authority; advising the Provincial People's Committee in obtaining consensus from the Ministry of Construction, relevant ministries and branches, the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies on construction planning projects within the boundaries and areas under its management authority that require obtaining opinions.
The People's Committee at the district level is responsible for state management of construction planning within its management area, and is subject to the direction, guidance, and inspection of the Department of Construction in terms of expertise and profession; Obtain consensus from the Department of Construction, the People's Council at the district level, and relevant agencies on construction planning projects that require consultation.
