Nghe An arrests wanted person for voting

(Baonghean.vn) - The Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police has just discovered and quickly arrested a wanted subject for property theft.

Lieutenant Colonel Ha Ba Lia - Captain of the Investigation Police Team of Ky Son District Police said that while on duty to protect the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels, he discovered and arrested Luong Hai Sinh, born in 1996, residing in Khe Nan village, Chieu Luu commune.

This is a wanted subject according to Decision No. 05 dated September 25, 2015 of the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police for the crime of property theft.

According to the investigation documents provided by the Investigation Agency, on January 4, 2015, Luong Hai Sinh, along with Luong Van Ty, Lo Van Xuyen and Nguyen Xuan (all 4 subjects residing in Khe Nan village, Chieu Luu commune) colluded with each other to steal a cow worth 28 million VND from Mr. Lu Van Quynh, residing in the same village.

While transporting the drugs to sell, the people discovered and arrested Luong Van Ty, Lo Van Xuyen, and Nguyen Xuan, while Luong Hai Sinh escaped. At 10:00 a.m. on May 22, at the Khe Nan village polling station, the Ky Son district police discovered and organized a siege to arrest Sinh.

The case is currently being further investigated by Ky Son police.

Previously, at 3:00 p.m. on May 19, whileDThe Investigation Police Department of Ky Son District Police was coordinating with the forces of Bao Nam Commune to protect the polling stations for National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels when they discovered and arrested Xeo Pho Doan, born in 1978, residing in Xa Long village, Bao Nam Commune. This is a special wanted subject according to Decision No. 05 dated July 17, 2015 of the Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police for the crime of child trafficking.
