Nghe An: Arrested old carpenter for seducing 10 year old girl into having sex
(Baonghean.vn) - Working at a wood workshop, Mr. Luan seduced the homeowner's 10-year-old daughter to commit acts of indecent assault and rape.
On August 28, Yen Thanh District Police announced that they had arrested Nguyen Van Luan (60 years old, residing in Quang Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District) to investigate and clarify the act of raping a person under 16 years old.

The child then recounted the incident of being seduced by the carpenter and committing depraved acts. The child’s family then immediately reported the incident to the police.
Upon receiving the information, the Yen Thanh District Police, Nghe An Province quickly began an investigation. The police took the statement of the girl under the guardianship of her family. At the same time, the police conducted a forensic examination.
At the investigation agency, Luan also confessed that around July 2019, he seduced the child, then molested and had sex with the girl.
The case is currently under further investigation.
