(Baonghean.vn) - Despite the ban on large gatherings to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic, 4 men and 7 women went to a karaoke bar to eat, sing, and dance all night long.

On the morning of March 30, Nghi Loc District Police said: the unit has filed a case to handle 11 subjects who illegally gathered to sing karaoke on March 28, including: Tran Thi T (born in 1981), Nguyen Tien D (born in 1994), both residing in Nghi Thach commune and Nguyen Thach T (born in 1980), residing in Nghi Xuan commune, Pham Van T (born in 1980), residing in Nghi Phong commune - Nghi Loc district; Quang Thi N (born in 2002), Kha Thi D (born in 2001), Luong Thi T (born in 2002), Luong Thi E (born in 2000), Nguyen Ngoc N (born in 1998), all residing in Xa Luong commune - Tuong Duong district; Nguyen Thi H (born in 1997), residing in Nghia Thang commune - Nghia Dan district; Nguyen Van D (born in 1984), residing in Nghi Hai ward - Cua Lo town.

Previously, implementing Directive No. 15CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020 of the Prime Minister "On resolutely implementing the peak period of Covid-19 prevention and control" and the province's directive documents, Nghi Loc District Police established a working group to both propagate and inspect service business establishments with conditions on security and order to resolutely handle organizations and individuals who do not comply.

At 0:00 on March 28, the Nghi Loc District Police working group inspected Tuan Nguyen karaoke bar in Hamlet 1, Nghi Thach Commune and discovered 11 subjects eating, drinking, singing karaoke, and dancing, disturbing public order and safety. The working group made a record and brought all subjects and related evidence to the district police headquarters to work, take body temperature and make medical declarations.

During the investigation, the subjects admitted their violations. Nghi Loc District Police requested these subjects to self-isolate at home for 14 days. At the same time, they notified relevant local authorities to monitor and manage the subjects.

Currently, Nghi Loc District Police have consolidated the case file to strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
