Nghe An: Boy dies after being hit in the head with a crowbar by a mentally ill person
(Baonghean.vn) - A young man hit the boy in the head with a crowbar as soon as he left the house, causing his death.
According to initial information, at around 1:30 p.m. on April 25, Le Tuan T. (4 years old), residing in Minh Thanh village, Quynh Long commune (Quynh Luu), stepped out of his house, just as Bui Van Tien (born in 1984), also residing in the area, was chasing and throwing rocks at his biological mother but missed. Seeing T. nearby, Tien threw rocks but missed, then took a crowbar and hit the child on the head.

Discovering the incident, people came to intervene and quickly provided first aid and took T. to the emergency room. However, due to severe injuries, the child died.
People in Minh Thanh village said that Tien has a mental illness. Recently, Tien has beaten many people so badly that they had to be treated in the hospital.
People here are very indignant at this heartbreaking incident and request that authorities take measures to deal with mentally ill people, to prevent such heartbreaking consequences from happening.
