Attending the announcement ceremony were comrades Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dau Van Thanh - Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Vo Duy Viet - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; and representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Viet Hong presented Decision No. 788/QD-UBND, dated March 6, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman appointing Comrade Pham Van Toan - Head of Planning and Finance Department, Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment from March 12, 2018.
Assigning the task to comrade Pham Van Toan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Viet Hong affirmed that, besides the great honor, there are also heavy responsibilities, requirements and demands that require greater efforts in the new position.
The new Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment needs to continue to make efforts, strive, improve qualities, knowledge, solidarity, collaboration, and high unity within the Board of Directors and the Department as well as the whole industry, contributing to building the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to become increasingly stronger, meeting the requirements of the province's industrialization and modernization.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Viet Hong also requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to continue to help and create conditions for comrade Pham Van Toan to successfully complete his tasks in his new position.
