Nghe An adds more than 363 billion VND in public investment capital for 3 key projects

Accordingly, for domestic capital, the Provincial People's Council agreed on a plan to add VND 230 billion to the Nghe An Oncology Hospital Construction Project (phase 2).

This is a group A project, civil construction type, level 1 main project with a scale of 1,000 hospital beds. The total investment of the project is 1,259 billion VND, of which the central budget is 1,000 billion VND, the provincial budget is 259 billion VND.

Regarding foreign capital, the Provincial People's Council agreed on the plan to supplement 2 projects with a capital of 133,308 billion VND. Of which, 85,662 billion VND will be added to the Basic Infrastructure Project for Comprehensive Development of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces - Nghe An province sub-project.

In addition, VND 47,646 billion will be added to the project "Developing tourism infrastructure to support comprehensive growth in the Greater Mekong Sub-region - Phase 2", sub-project in Nghe An province.

Previously, on November 1, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1306/QD-TTg, adjusting the increase in the estimate and plan for public investment from the central budget in 2024 for Nghe An province with a capital of VND 363,308 billion.

Of which, domestic capital invested in key projects, important projects with spillover, connectivity, regional linkage, and coastal roads is 230 billion VND; Foreign capital is 133,308 billion VND.

Capital supplement projects in the list of medium-term public investment plans for the period 2021 - 2025 from the central budget have completed investment procedures to allocate annual capital according to regulations. The capital level allocated for the projects is in accordance with the capital level reported by the Provincial People's Committee to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
