Nghe An trains professional skills for 200 Youth Union officials

On the morning of July 7, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee held the opening ceremony of the 2020 Youth Union professional training and skills course. This is an activity within the Youth Union and Youth Movement program of Nghe An province in 2020 with the goal of training and equipping knowledge, expertise, and skills of Youth Union and Association work for the Youth Union cadres in the new period.

Through the course, students have the opportunity to exchange experiences in consulting, operating and designing the unit's movement activities. From there, they will build a sense of responsibility, position, role and improve leadership capacity, the ability to unite and gather young people for the Youth Union staff at all levels, contributing to the effective implementation of Youth Union movements in the localities where they work.

200 trainees are full-time union officials at district level; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of union at commune, ward and town levels of 26 affiliated grassroots unions.

The training program content was surveyed based on the needs and aspirations of the grassroots Youth Union team over a period of 3 days (from July 7 to July 10). Of which, 200 trainees will be equipped with knowledge related to Advisory and leadership skills; Operation and management skills; Activity organization skills; presentation skills; solutions to gather and attract young union members to participate in movements...

In addition to cultivating basic knowledge and skills, students are also guided to handle situations related to Nghe An's reality to find new and creative solutions to solve many difficult problems at the grassroots level. At the same time, improve the scientific and effective methods of organizing Youth Union - Association activities and bring the movements into depth.
