Nghe An: Road closure for 2016 national cycling race
(Baonghean.vn)- Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 1887, regarding road closures for the national bicycle race.
Accordingly, to serve the 2016 Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup Cycling Race, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee allows traffic diversion and partial road closure on Truong Thi, Ho Tung Mau, Le Mao streets, and a part of Tran Phu Street - Vinh City. Time from 7:30 to 10:30 on April 13, 2016.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to directly work with the Department of Road Management II, the Department of Transport, and the Provincial Police to arrange traffic control points, prohibit routes, and announce on mass media to inform people, ensuring order and traffic safety during the tournament.
According to information from the Organizing Committee, the race will start in Hanoi on April 10 and end on the historic day of April 30 in front of the Reunification Palace (HCMC). The total route of the race is 2,056km, conquering 9 passes.
The tournament had the participation of 78 racers from 13 strong teams nationwide: VUS-HCMC, Mathnasium HCMC, Dong Da-Hanoi, Military Region 7, Army, BTV Binh Duong, Domesco Dong Thap Pharmacy, Dogarlic Dong Thap, Gao Hat Ngoc Troi-An Giang, An Giang Plant Protection, Ben Tre, Vinh Long and Can Tho City.
The riders will compete in 19 stages to compete for the overall yellow jersey, green jersey, red polka dot jersey, white jersey and team championship. The total prize value is up to 1 billion VND.
