Nghe An closes roads to serve the 2023 Olympic Running Day Launch Ceremony

To serve the Launching Ceremony of the Olympic Running Day for the Health of the People of Nghe An Province in 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch announcing the ban on some roads in Vinh City. Specifically:

1. Close the barrier, prohibit all vehicles from participating in traffic (except vehicles serving the Launching Ceremony) from entering Truong Thi Street, Vinh City (from the roundabout in front of Muong Thanh Phuong Dong Hotel to the red light intersection of Truong Thi Street and Phan Dang Luu Street).

The road closure will take effect from 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on March 19, 2023.

2. Close the barrier, prohibit all vehicles from participating in traffic (except vehicles serving the Launching Ceremony) from entering VILenin Street, Vinh City (from the roundabout at the five-way intersection to the junction with Nguyen Sy Sach Street).

Road closure time: From 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on March 19, 2023.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Transport and Vinh City People's Committee to deploy plans to ban roads, divide traffic, and regulate traffic during the road ban period according to regulations, ensuring security, order and traffic safety; based on practical situations to be flexible and mobile in organizing road bans.
