At the meeting, based on the recommendations of the investor and the explanations of a number of relevant departments, branches, localities and units, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the recommendations of the investor. At the same time, he requested the departments and branches to focus on resolving problems and difficulties, ensuring that the investor's projects are accelerated in terms of progress and quality.

Central Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is the investor of 3 projects, including Saigon Sky Trade Center - Office for rent - Housing and Apartment; Road transport service area in the South of Vinh city; Central Human Resources Training and Development Center.

These are 3 investment projects signed under the investment cooperation agreement between the Provincial People's Committee and Vinaceglass through the Central Investment and Development Joint Stock Company since 2008. After nearly 10 years of implementation, up to now, in all 3 projects, one item has been completed. However, during the investment process, the enterprise has made some adjustments as well as recommended the province to create favorable conditions for investment activities to be implemented.

Regarding the supply of electricity and water to the projects, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong requested the Electricity sector and Nghe An Water Supply Company to immediately implement this content. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also directed departments and branches to study and resolve recommendations from investors related to construction and land procedures; adjusting the scale of apartment buildings from 16 to 19 floors; investing in the construction of student dormitories; building technical infrastructure systems outside the fence; tax exemption and reduction policies, preferential policies for non-public educational institutions; handling encroachment of project land...

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong also emphasized: During the investment process, if any problems continue to arise, continue to report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee for timely resolution.
