These days, many fishing boats of fishermen in Quynh Luu district return to shore to sell seafood.According to reporters' records on the morning of June 15, traders and many workers gathered at Lach Quen fishing port, Tien Thuy commune to purchase and transport fish in a bustling atmosphere.
However, according to our observations, many fishermen and people at the fishing port do not wear masks to prevent the epidemic.

On some ships returning to shore, many fishermen did not wear masks and sat in large groups, sorisk of Covid-19 infectionis very high. Fisherman Nguyen Van A said: "We always have masks on board, but due to our long-standing habit of not wearing them when going to sea, when we return to shore, we focus on selling seafood and forget to wear masks."
InLach Quen fishing port, Tien Thuy commune, every time fishing boats return to shore to sell seafood, hundreds of traders and workers gather here to purchase and load fish. Although the local government has promoted and reminded people to strictly follow the 5K to prevent the epidemic, some people are still subjective and do not follow the recommendations.

At Lach Con fishing port, Quynh Phuong commune, Hoang Mai town, the Covid-19 epidemic prevention work has been seriously implemented by the people here, however, there are still some fishermen who are subjective.not wearing a maskand crowded. When reminded, the fishermen did it but no one knew how long it would take before the boat started its engine and set sail.
On sea routes, the risk of Covid-19 spreading is still latent, especially for fishermen who have fishing activities and trade with many foreign vessels. Subjectivity, negligence, and lack of vigilance are concerns of functional forces.

The entire Quynh Luu district and Hoang Mai town have more than 2,200 fishing vessels with about more than 15,000 workers. Every time the fishing vessels return to port, with tens of thousands of workers plus traders and people at the fishing port buying seafood, the number of people gathered will be very large.
To prevent the risk of disease spreading from fishing activities at sea, and to avoid wearing masks to cope, the authorities of coastal communes and functional forces are actively propagating, helping fishermen form the habit of being vigilant against all risks of disease.
