Nghe An approves the policy of researching and installing wind measuring columns for Quynh Lap 2 Wind Power Plant Project

Accordingly, considering the proposal of Duc Hai Logistics Joint Stock Company in Official Dispatch No. 0405/CV-DG dated May 4, 2021; the proposal of the Department of Industry and Trade in Official Dispatch No. 949/SCT-QLNL dated May 24, 2021 on approving the policy of researching and installing wind measuring columns for the ProjectWind Power PlantQuynh Lap 2.

Agree on the policy for Duc Hai Logistics Joint Stock Company to install a wind measuring column with the following main parameters: Location: At Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai town. Quantity: 01 (one) column. Wind measuring column center coordinates: Coordinate system VN2000_NA X2129483.52 - Y606774.29, (19°15'01.39°N - 105°45'56.40"E).

Maximum height is 140m, on ground level is 155m; Implementation time is 02 (two) years from the date the Provincial People's Committee approves the policy in this document.

Nghe An requests that during the implementation process, Duc Hai Logistics Joint Stock Company: Strictly follow the process and regulations on investment procedures; ensure absolute safety for the area and the wind measurement research process according to State regulations.

Coordinate with the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town to carry out compensation and site clearance for the land area where the wind measuring column will be installed in accordance with current regulations. Dismantle the column and return the site to its original state for local management after 2 years of implementation.

The Provincial People's Committee presides over and coordinates with relevant sectors and units to guide Duc Hai Logistics Joint Stock Company to carry out all legal procedures to install wind measuring columns in accordance with current regulations.
