Nghe An: Fire at VTV cable TV building

(Baonghean.vn)- At around 9:15 am on October 24, a fire suddenly broke out at the warehouse of the VTV Cab building (Vietnam Cable Television) at D1, Lot 15, Le Nin Avenue, Vinh City, Nghe An. Firefighters were immediately called to put out the fire.

The building where the fire occurred

According to initial information, at the time, workers were repairing a generator in the building when an electrical short circuit suddenly occurred and a large fire spread to the warehouse on the first floor.

Upon receiving the news, the fire department promptly arrived at the scene to carry out its duties. After 30 minutes, dozens of firefighters and 3 specialized vehicles controlled the fire.

The fire destroyed the warehouse, which contained mainly electronic items and electric cables.

At the scene, because the fire was on the first floor, firefighters had to break through the wall from behind the building to reach the fire.

As a result, the fire destroyed most of the electronics, plastics, wires and cables stored in the warehouse.
