Accordingly, there are 19 types of production, business and construction works allowed to operate in the province in the context of social isolation, including:

1.Gasoline, oil, gas, fuel.

2.Electricity, water for production and daily life.

3.Services to support transportation, import and export of goods.

4.Banking, treasury and securities services.

5.Business establishments providing services directly related to banking activities and supporting businesses (notary, lawyer, vehicle inspection, registration of secured transactions...).

6.Service business establishments (postal, telecommunications, television, computers, cameras, online conference equipment, office equipment).

7.Factories, production facilities, traffic and construction works.

8.Business establishments selling fertilizers, pesticides, vaccines, and medicines for livestock, poultry, and aquatic products.

9.Establishments producing and trading essential goods (such as rice; sticky rice; sesame; peanuts; beans; wheat flour and wheat flour products; milk and dairy products; meat and meat products; eggs and egg products; seafood and seafood products; vegetables, tubers, fruits and products from vegetables, tubers, fruits; spices; sugar; cooking oil; bottled drinking water; some other food and food products serving daily essential consumption needs).

19Other emergencies (emergency, natural disasters, fires...).
