Accordingly, the Director of the Department of Health requires medical examination and treatment facilities to organize emergency care, examination and treatment well, stock up on medicine, blood, infusion fluids and necessary equipment and facilities to ensure that all emergency patients are examined and treated, and emergency cases must not be refused or delayed. If the case is not in the line or in the specialty, it is necessary to provide initial emergency treatment and stabilize the patient, and fully explain to the patient and his/her family before transferring to another medical facility.

Medical examination and treatment facilities shall assign external emergency services to be on standby, ready and promptly respond to mass accident emergencies, serious traffic accidents, and mass disasters; ensure a 24/7 hotline ready to direct, coordinate, support, and respond when necessary; and make daily reports on medical examination and treatment, traffic accident emergency care, and death lists.
The Provincial Center for Disease Control and the Medical Center proactively strengthen disease prevention and control work, proactively implement disease prevention and control measures, focusing on high-risk areas; strictly check passengers entering Nghe An from epidemic areas; strengthen anti-epidemic mobile teams, arrange 24/7 duty and fully prepare medicines, chemicals, vehicles and medical equipment to be ready to prevent and control diseases.
The Food Safety Department focuses on food hygiene and safety, especially paying attention to places where products for the holidays are processed and produced and places with collective kitchens (industrial parks, export processing zones, etc.); resolutely handling establishments that violate food hygiene and safety according to current regulations.
Directors of medical units organize full duty at all 4 levels; regularly monitor the situation and promptly report outstanding and sudden issues that arise during the holidays./.
