Unblocking agricultural products
In June 2021, Nghe An had its first Covid-19 infection case this year. In order to prevent the epidemic, many localities in the province have been forced to implement social distancing measures. At many times, while people in many places, especially in Vinh city, had difficulty ensuring their food and food needs, in production areas such as Quynh Luu, Thanh Chuong, Dien Chau, etc., agricultural products such as vegetables, tubers, fruits, seafood, etc. were stagnant.
In order to ensure stable consumption, avoid product backlog, maintain stable food supply for localities that have to implement lockdown to prevent the epidemic; control the quality of agricultural, forestry and fishery products supplied to the market, the Department of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Product Quality Management has developed Plan No. 2307, proposing solutions and scenarios for agricultural product consumption in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic. The target is that over 90% of agricultural, forestry and fishery products are consumed; 100% of supermarkets and clean food stores operate at maximum capacity to ensure sufficient supply of essential needs for people... In particular, 100% of supermarkets and food sales points in Vinh and localities at high risk of food safety loss are controlled for quality and food safety.
