That is Mr. Tran Van Vinh (Nghi Tien commune, Nghi Loc district) - Director of Tien Phong Tran Company Limited, specializing in trading construction materials and interior equipment. In addition, he is also the owner of a farm raising chickens, deer, fish and ducks for sale with more than 15,000 ducks for sale each year, bringing in revenue of approximately 3.5 billion VND, after deducting expenses, the profit is over 1.5 billion VND, creating regular jobs for 25 workers.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh (Tan Son block, Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town) - Director of Auriga Joint Stock Company with a closed chain system from breeding, production, processing to consumption of safe food. In addition to the clean food sector, his company has also developed the peeled wood production sector, which has been in operation since June 2018, specializing in producing plywood materials for export plywood companies in Taiwan, the US, Australia, etc., creating regular jobs for 35 workers.

The two outstanding faces above are also the heads of the Youth Economic Development Club of Nghi Loc district and Hoang Mai town.
