While studying Information Technology at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Nghiem Tien Vien (born in 1990, in Vinh city) showed his passion for technology and had his own direction. In 2008, he started building his first project with the product being a photo sharing website for Vietnamese people.

Through the development process, this project quickly became the largest photo sharing site in Vietnam at that time. However, after foreign giants such as Flickr or especially Facebook entered Vietnam, this website could no longer maintain its position. The project ended after 5 years of operation. Next, he joined a company specializing in streaming video, operating in a similar way to Youtube. This project also failed after 3 years of operation due to competition from many other similar services.

Drawing on his own experience, with the strong development of social networks such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter... instead of launching a similar platform like them, Nghiem Tien Vien thought about the need to build supporting tools for them, helping users create content and share on social networks. That was the idea of ​​​​GoStream (a software, a tool to support Livestream on both phones and computers, to perform a professional livestream).

After a period of passionate creativity with his colleagues, GoStream quickly got its first customers, and received many positive feedbacks, constantly improving the product and continuously upgrading new versions. Up to now, this software has had 500,000 registered users and has a good growth rate.

In particular, at the end of September 2019, GoStream and Zone Startups officially signed an investment agreement and reached a valuation of 5 million USD. Thanks to the investment, GoStream, founded by Nghiem Tien Vien and his associates, will reach more foreign markets, first of all, countries with similar cultures such as: Thailand, Indonesia and China...

In 2013, Mr. Nguyen Van Nam (born in 1984, hometown in Do Luong district) and his team of colleagues founded Office360 with the mission of building a unit specializing in Tax - Accounting consulting and Business support.

In the early days of starting a business from 2013 - 2014, we encountered many difficulties in capital and market access because most SMEs were not used to hiring professional services. It was the consistency in the goals, vision and core values ​​that were set out, the flexibility and adaptability to all changes and transformations of market trends that, in just a short time of operation, the average growth rate of the company's annual operating indicators reached 300 - 400%.

Currently, Office360 has about 300 corporate customers signing regular contracts every year nationwide (including FDI enterprises); About 200 corporate customers every year; Training for about 500 office workers; Consulting, introducing and transferring about 300 job opportunities to employees. The total number of employees working regularly at the company is 20 people, 100% have university degrees or higher and about 30 seasonal workers.

Over 7 years of operation, over 90% of customers are satisfied with the services provided by Office360. The company has also transformed hundreds of businesses to be aware of and responsible for their tax obligations to the State. Currently, 100% of the group's work is processed in a closed process, using digitalization in administrative transactions and management; all using software connected via the internet environment.

The first day he entered university, with a passion for learning about constructions and factories, Nguyen Anh Tu (born in 1990, in Vinh city) spent one session studying and one session practicing marketing construction industry products.

After graduating from school, Nguyen Anh Tu chose the path he loved, with the enthusiasm of youth, hard work, perseverance to learn and with all his passion for the job plus a little capital he had saved. He opened a small factory specializing in rolling doors, aluminum doors, and glass doors.

When first established, the factory had only 3 workers and rudimentary manual machinery, but now, after 4 years under the brand name Phu Gia An Trading and Service Company Limited (PGA), it has dozens of permanent workers and has had to mobilize hundreds of seasonal workers. All products bearing the PGA brand when leaving the factory must be packaged according to standards and have the company's brand logo attached. Currently, the company has created a reputation domestically and internationally with completed construction projects stretching from North to South.

With the current development momentum, in the near future, Phu Gia An will rise to stand shoulder to shoulder with large companies in the region, will launch highly applicable products, with exclusive designs.

Nghe An Young Entrepreneurs Association currently has 150 members, with a variety of professions and fields; there are many branded businesses inside and outside the province.

Every year, the Association has contributed hundreds of billions of VND to the provincial budget, creating jobs for nearly 20,000 workers. In particular, in recent years, many young entrepreneurs of Nghe An have been voted and awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Entrepreneur".
