(Baonghean) - According to the announcement of the results from the National Press Award Council, Nghe An province has 3 works that won the 7th National Press Award in 2012, including 2 works that won the B prize and 1 work that won the Encouragement prize, making it the year with the most awards ever. The work "Reuniting with a Benefactor" by author Huu Nghia, reporter of Nghe An Newspaper, won the B prize in the category: Photojournalism; the work "The Man Who Found a Name for the Fish" by the team of authors Khanh Ly and Nhu Phong, reporters of Nghe An Radio and Television Station, won the B prize in the category: Television Documentary; the work "The Story of a Mong Person Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" by author Hien Chuong, reporter of Nghe An Radio and Television Station, won the Encouragement prize in the category: Feature story, investigative report, radio essay.

The awards ceremony will be held solemnly at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace (Hanoi) on the occasion of the 88th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day on the evening of June 21, 2013. The program will be broadcast live on VTV1 and VTV6 of Vietnam Television.
