On February 26, 2020, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 3507-QD/TU deciding that comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term; transferred and assigned him to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee.

According to the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, comrade Ho Le Ngoc handed over his work and took up his new assignment from March 4, 2020.

Presenting the decision and giving a congratulatory speech to the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council assessed that, looking back at his work process, comrade Ho Le Ngoc has shown a very high sense of responsibility, great enthusiasm; demonstrated capacity and potential.

During more than 3 years working in Quy Hop, he gathered and united the district's core cadres, contributing with the Party Committee, government, people and armed forces to create positive changes and leave good impressions.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son emphasized that this is a very important time, the most prominent of which is to hold Party congresses at all levels for the new term and prepare for the summary of the 5-year socio-economic plan and prepare for the final year to enter 2021 to conduct elections for National Assembly and People's Council deputies and reorganization, so the very important highlight is to promote the implementation of political tasks and reorganization.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is a very important committee in the Party's organizational system, deciding the quality of Party organization building work. The important goal is that the quality of the Party organization and organizations in the political system is increasingly clean and strong, serving the people better, performing political tasks better, and worthy of the people's trust.

“I hope that comrade Ho Le Ngoc and the leaders of the Committee and the entire Committee will join hands to build a strong Organizing Committee, carry out the tasks of the Congress well, thereby continuing to care for and strengthen the Party organization, improve the quality of cadres and party members, especially building a team of cadres to meet new requirements”, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said: “The challenges will be greater but the requirements will also be higher, requiring our greater determination”.

In that spirit, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the comrades in the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to help comrade Ho Le Ngoc approach the tasks early and effectively; at the same time, he thanked the Party Committee, government, and people of Quy Hop, first of all the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the district's agencies for their support and solidarity with comrade Ho Le Ngoc in carrying out the district's political tasks and the province's policies in the past time and having the foundation to grow up today.

Speaking on receiving the assignment, comrade Ho Le Ngoc shared that this is a great honor, so he needs to continue to try harder with dedication, spirit and a receptive attitude in work to meet the requirements of the new assigned task; worthy of the trust and honor that he has received today.

Comrade Ho Le Ngoc was born on July 27, 1975. His hometown is Quynh Hau commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An; he has held many positions at Nghe An Provincial Inspectorate, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Board and is a member of the Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term XVIII.

In December 2016, while working as Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, comrade Ho Le Ngoc was transferred by the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to work at the Quy Hop District Party Committee; appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the District Party Committee's Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
