This is the information announced by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nghe An on the morning of September 14. In addition to 887 vehicles, there are 6,378 workers at sea. Number of vehicles anchored at the port: 2,991/10,898 vehicles. All vehicles operating at sea have received notification of the location and direction of storm No. 10.

On the way to avoid the storm, fishing boat NA 2506 TS of fishermen in Dien Chau district crashed into a reef at sea at 4:00 a.m. on September 13, 2017. By 10:00 a.m. on September 13, the Border Guard Command had brought 2 crew members and assets on the ship to shore to ensure safety. By 5:00 p.m. on September 13, the ship was towed to shore. |
